Where are you located?

We're located at The Creek Event Center in southern Campbell County, Butler, KY. A commercial kitchen is required for preparing all charcuterie based products due to the handling of meats and cheeses. The commercial kitchen is our dedicated space for preparing all the orders placed and this is where pickup is offered during designated hours or by appointment. Our address is - 13455 Alexandria Pike, Butler, KY. We're just past the new elementary school for Campbell County.

Why are your hours of operation so limited?
Great question! These are not my only hours of availability. I may be in the kitchen for hours before or after my listed hours, preparing orders and will be happy to meet you or, I may be out sourcing fresh ingredients but having some defined availability allows for our clients to plan better for pickups, if it happens to match their availability.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

For most orders we typically require 48+ hours notice to ensure we can source fresh
ingredients. If you are in need of a 24 hour order pickup at our kitchen,
please reach out to see if we can accommodate.

How do I order?

All orders are to be placed through the website’s “Shop” page.

Before you checkout, you must select “Pickup Time” for your order. **Please note:
Bee Social is only able to accommodate delivery with advanced arrangements and within a 20 mile driving distance of our kitchen.

When contacting us, if you don’t hear back from us in 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us via Facebook.

Can I stop in at your kitchen to place an order and just wait for it to be made?

No, we prefer at least 48 hours advance notice when placing an order. We source our ingredients fresh and plan our ingredient ordering based off of orders placed in advance.

Can you create a board or platter with my dietary considerations?

Absolutely! The owner is a vegetarian, so we are flexible and inclusive whenever possible.
Although all items are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other
allergens are present, special attention is paid to those orders requiring
Vegan / Vegetarian / Gluten Free / Nut Free preparation.

How long can I store my board in the refrigerator before consuming it?

Ideally, the board should be consumed within 3-4 hours of receipt. Cheese is intended to
be consumed at room temperature; however, leaving the cheese and other items
out for longer than a few hours can lead to spoilage. Furthermore, we do not
recommend placing your items in the fridge overnight if it can be avoided, as
the presentation may suffer.

Do you deliver?

Bee Social currently offers pickup at our kitchen located in southern Campbell
county during our scheduled hours or by appointment. If you're in need of
delivery, contact us, we may be able to accommodate or meet you at a time
outside of our normal business hours with advanced planning. Under some
circumstances we can offer delivery within 20 miles of our kitchen for a flat
fee of $30 or delivery is free within 20 miles of our kitchen for orders over
$250.

What if something is damaged?
Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What if I need to cancel? Cancellation Policy: 

If you no longer need your order please cancel outside of 48 hours prior to
scheduled pickup to receive a full refund. Due to preparing and using fresh
ingredients which impacts our ability to restock/reuse items, if it is under 48
hours your order is not eligible for a refund.

How do refunds work? 

If time requirements have been met and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded
on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can
take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your
